Segno Communication c.c are committed to deliver sign language software that will satisfy the needs of our customers.

If you are not 100% satisfied with our SignGenius product you can return it to us within 90 days, of the order date, and receive a full refund, minus a 15% service fee, of the product's selling price.

All products must be in original packaging and without any damage to be eligible for a refund. Tailor made versions of the SignGenius products are not eligible for any refund. Shipping charges can not be refunded and will be for the customer's account.

PS: We haven't had any refunds since 2003.
